Refund & Return Policy – Saatvik Foods

Thank you for shopping with Saatvik Foods! We take pride in delivering traditional, healthy, and organic foods prepared with care. Since our products are mostly perishable in nature, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

• Most of our products (organic mixes, flours, snacks, subscription meals) are perishable and therefore not eligible for return once delivered.

• Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

• Exchanges will be provided only in the above situations, and requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Refund Policy

• If your return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Subscription refunds:

  • If you cancel your subscription before it starts, a full refund will be given.

  • Once a subscription has started, refunds are not applicable, but unused days may be carried forward.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable items like ready-to-eat meals, snacks, organic powders, traditional mixes, and subscription boxes.

• Opened or partially used packages.

• Gift cards, special promotions, or discounted items.

4. Shipping Returns

• Do not send any items back without contacting our support team.

• If a return is approved, we will guide you on how and where to send the product.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was wrong or defective.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

  2. Contact your bank/credit card company (processing times may vary).
