  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance for the chosen duration.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made based on the schedule communicated (e.g., subscription services – 26 days/month, excluding Sundays & holidays).

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on customer location and are not included in product prices unless mentioned.

  • Saatvik Foods is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds/cancellations may be considered only if:

    • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Subscription cancellations should be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Hygiene & Packaging

  • All food is prepared in a hygienic environment.

  • Subscription customers are provided with personalized reusable boxes. Customers are expected to return/rotate the boxes as per instructions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and instructions.

  • Any health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be informed in advance. Saatvik Foods is not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed allergies.
